At Nora Bellere, we understand that circumstances can change and you may need to cancel your order.
Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and the email address used when placing the order.
We will do our best to process your cancellation request before your order enters fulfillment.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may need to wait until it is delivered and then follow the instructions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.
Order Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, size, color, or another order detail, please contact us within the same 5-hour cancellation window.
We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered processing or fulfillment.
Cancellation Confirmation
A cancellation request is not considered complete until you receive confirmation from our customer support team.
If your cancellation is approved, any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
